dc.description.abstract |
Nowadays many Hong Kong’s international big enterprise are evolved from small and medium-sized enterprises, and SMEs is the important pillar and power of Hong Kong's economy development. Since there are many success SMEs develop in Hong Kong, the researcher tries to find out what are the factors that influence the SMEs success in Hong Kong. The research is conducted in Causeway Bay in Hong Kong. This research is aimed to identify the dominant factors that influence the SMEs success in Hong Kong.
This study is a quantitative research. The researcher used the questionnaire to get the primary data and try to analyze the data based on the statistics. Before applying multiple linear regression analysis, the researcher did classic assumption test such as normality test, autocorrelation test and multicollinearity test. The multiple linear regression is used to identify the influence of the independent variable toward dependent variable.
The research objectives are going to know that does government policies and supports has a significant influence for SMEs success in Hong Kong or not? Does international market has a significant influence for SMEs success in Hong Kong or not? Does Corporation Social Responsibility (CSR) has a significant influence for SMEs success in Hong Kong or not? Does ICT and digital technologies has a significant influence for SMEs success in Hong Kong or not?
The result shows that the SMEs entrepreneur should be pay attention to government policies and supports, international market, ICT and digital technologies to develop their business. |
