Abstract:
Keris as a heritage has a diverse philosophy where each pamor and symbols in the keris has its
own meaning which makes this keris an adi luhung (masterpiece of high quality) has its own
interest. The existence of keris is increasingly recognized by the local community to the world
through the recognition of the world body, UNESCO in 2005 as the World Heritage of Humanity.
In the thematic concept, the story is divided into several groups of themes that have a causal
relationship and then combined in one sequence. Stories that have been broken down into
several theme groups can be summarized through the causeand effect results of a fact.
The thematic concept of directing is usually used when the focus of the story is a location object
where a number of events occur. Keris through intergenerational views and also the existence of
keris in the present. As well as contributing to the development of Indonesian culture through
documentary films by using thematic concepts in creating visualizations. Technology can be
developed and become a communication platform that spreads more widely in reporting
information, therefore the use of technology will be very good if used wisely.
