Abstract:
The tourism industry is one of the pillar that support the economic growth in
Indonesia. Due to Covid-19 pandemic that hit worldwide, the tourism sector are
shutdown due to limitations of mobility that are obligated by the government.
However, after the Covid-19 pandemic has become an endemic, people are now
allowed to have a mobility to visit any place. Therefore, the tourism sector in
Indonesia are rising again. To support the tourism sector in Indonesia,
accomodation is one of the most important supporting factor. Accomodation are
important for the tourist, especially for those who are travelling for days and need
a place to stay. One of the most popular accomodation business is a villa. According
to the journal from Jurnal Pariwisata, villa are preferred by many people because it
offers more intimacy and provide more togetherness compared to other
accomodation business, such as hotels. Therefore, Asyned Villa becomes the
answer for those tourists who are visiting one of the most popular tourist destination
in Indonesia, which is Bandung City. Strategic marketing plan will be a key factors
to support the business growth. Our business will use digital channels for its
marketing plan, which includes social media promotion with the help of influencers
and online travel booking platform promotion. Once the business is operated, our
business will operate from Monday to Sunday with simple steps for the guest if they
are desired to stay at our villa. Our business also arranged it’s financial plan by
providing several data such as Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, Balance
Sheet, Payback Period, Ratio, and Net Present Value. According to those financial
plans. Our business will be supported by the author’s investment of IDR.
