Abstract:
This qualitative study examines the performance of Samudera Konsultan Indonesia, a
consultancy company in Indonesia. The study employs in-depth interviews with
management and stakeholders, as well as secondary data analysis of company
websites and annual reports. The data is analyzed using SWOT analysis, VRIO
analysis, and Porter's Five Forces analysis.The findings suggest that Samudera
Konsultan Indonesia's performance is influenced by both internal and external
factors. The study contributes to the understanding of consultancy company
performance in Indonesia. It also provides insights into the internal and external
factors that can influence the performance of such companies. The findings suggest
that Samudera Konsultan Indonesia's performance is influenced by both internal and
external factors. Internally, the company's strengths include its experienced and
qualified staff, its strong brand reputation, and its wide range of services. Externally,
the company operates in a competitive and dynamic industry. Overall, the findings of
this study suggest that Samudera Konsultan Indonesia is a well-performing company
that is facing a number of challenges. The company's strengths and weaknesses, as
well as the external environment, will all play a role in the company's future
performance. The findings of the study can be used by consultancy companies to
improve their performance and by policymakers to develop policies that support the
growth and development of the consultancy industry in Indonesia.
