FINAL REPORT CERTIFIED INTERNSHIP & STUDY INDEPENDENT SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING AT KLY YOUNIVERSE

Abstract

Kampus Merdeka "Independent Campus" is an innovative educational initiative introduced by the Indonesian government in 2020. It aims to revolutionize higher education in the country by promoting autonomy, creativity and entrepreneurship among students. There are also many and very interesting programs offered, one of which is the Certified Independent Study and Internship program (MSIB). Certified Independent Study and Internship (MSIB) is part of the Independent Campus program which provides opportunities for students with the aim of providing a place for learning and developing themselves outside of lecture activities. There are many partners who have contributed to this MSIB program, one of which is KAPANLAGI Youniverse (KLY). The program provided by KLY Youniverse is Social Media Marketing where they are given responsibility for managing social media. In this learning program there are 5 learning clusters, namely, Design & Photography, Processing Statistical Data, Digital Product Innovation (Medialab), Multimedia, Content Production. One of the learning clusters described in this report is Content Production. In the Content Production lesson, the preparation process for making news into content until it is published is taught so that engagement from social media can increase. KLY Youniverse has several social media, such as Facebook, Tiktok, Twitter, Pinterest, Official Website and Instagram with various information. It is hoped that after participating in this program, participants will have good social media marketing competencies in line with technological advances and still adhere to journalistic ethics.
