With the help of the app, customers can easily browse products, view available stock, and take advantage of various promotions. The advantage of automatically recording stock when a sales or purchase transaction occurs is provided by stock apps. Integrating a Point of Sale (POS) system with inventory management allows business owners to monitor stock levels in real-time and reduce the risk of shortages or excess items. The First In, First Out (FIFO) or Last In, First Out (LIFO) method should be applied according to the needs of the system, and stock data should be recorded every time there is a transaction. This adjustment is necessary to ensure that the stock is always accurate. Placing barcodes or QR codes on products is also a practical solution to speed up and ensure the accuracy of the stock process. In addition, the presence of minimum stock notifications helps store owners to complete transactions on time, thus lowering the risk of stockouts. The implementation of apps in material stores has the potential to increase productivity. reduce human error, and provide better products for consumers. It also allows business owners to make more accurate. Through this transformation, it is expected that traditional materials can compete with other modern materials and increase consumer confidence in the long run.
