Abstract:
The air cargo industry faces growing challenges related to complexity and efficiency.
SpeedCargo has addressed these challenges through the implementation of a comprehensive
digital platform that streamlines the previously cumbersome air cargo processes. This
digitalization encompasses booking, tracking, and document management, significantly
reducing the reliance on manual, error-prone processes.
The implementation has resulted in faster processing times, improved data accuracy, reduced
operational costs, and enhanced customer satisfaction. Additionally, SpeedCargo's digital
transformation has contributed to a reduction in the industry’s carbon footprint by optimizing
routes and improving capacity utilization.
This study examines the impact of SpeedCargo's technological advancements, providing
insights into how digitalization can enhance efficiency, transparency, and accuracy in air cargo
operations while fostering new opportunities for innovation and growth.
