Abstract:
PT. XYZ, a construction material distribution company in Bali, has been operating
for several years with a workforce of 65 employees. Despite its role in supporting
the construction industry, the company has faced challenges related to leadership
practices, employee discipline, and work motivation, which impact overall
performance and competitiveness. This study investigates the effect of leadership,
work discipline, and work motivation on employee performance at PT. XYZ. Using
a quantitative approach, data were collected through questionnaires distributed to
all employees, analyzed with SPSS through validity and reliability tests, classical
assumption tests, multiple regression, t-tests, and f-tests. The results reveal that
leadership, work discipline, and work motivation each have a positive and
significant impact on employee performance, while simultaneously they also
strongly influence performance, with leadership being the most dominant factor.
These findings highlight the importance of strengthening leadership, enforcing
discipline, and enhancing motivation to improve employee performance and sustain
competitiveness in the industry.
