Abstract:
This study aims to determine: (1) The influence of training on employee performance PT. XYZ. (2) The influence of interpersonal communication on employee performance of PT. XYZ. (3) The influence of job satisfaction on employee performance of PT. XYZ. (4) The influence of training, interpersonal communication, job satisfaction on the performance of employees of PT. XYZ. In this study there are 3 independent variables consisting of Training, Interpersonal Communication and Job Satisfaction, then Employee Performance as dependent variable. The method used by researcher in data processing is multiple regression. The total number of sample was 77 respondents. Sampling design is Probability sampling, and the technique using simple random sampling. Multiple regression analysis was used to test the hypothesis of this study. The results of the research shows (1) Training (X1) has positively influence on Employee Performance since the T-Test result 0.321 with a significance level of 0.000, lower than 0.10, (2) Interpersonal Communication (X2) has positively significance influence on Employee Performance since the the T-T test results of 0.667 along with a significance level of 0.000, (3) Job Satisfaction (X3) has negatively significant influence on Employee Performance since the T-test results -0.311 along with the significance level of 0.00, which is lower than 0.10. The coefficient of determination shows that the variable Training (X1), Interpersonal Communication (X2), and Job Satisfaction (X3) influence Employee Performance (Y) of 56.4%, while the remaining 43.6% influenced by other variables outside research.
