Abstract:
Work life balance is important to make equally in dual role in working and nonworking activities. Married women have role as wife and mother in the family but in this globalization era, the number of woman carrier is increase. This research purpose to determine the factors affecting woman work life balance in PT Hasta Ayu Nusantara, in here the factor that influence woman work life balance are work load, job satisfaction, and work environment. The researcher used quantitative method, that used multiple regression by spread questioners to 78 respondents. As the result of this research work load significant influence toward woman work life balance, job satisfaction significant influence toward woman work life balance, work environment significant influence toward woman work life balance, and all independent variables explain 51.2 percent affecting woman work life balance in PT Hasta Ayu Nusantara.
