Abstract:
Internal communication played a big role in every organization including StartUp company. This research aimed to explore more about internal communication problem in X company and found out the impact in the image and reputation building. This study used two theories which is internal communication theories and organizational theories that explained about how internal communication in every organization should worked. This research used qualitative method especially in-depth interview with two person as the informant who worked at X company. The result from the interview result showed that internal communication in X company already have a good downwards communication but still need improvement for the upwards communication and format written rules called SOP is needed by the employee in order for them to work more effectively. However, both informant admitting that sometimes the internal employee of startup-X delivering false information to client and give a bad impact to company image. Therefore, good internal communication was needed in order to build the good image and reputation of any organizations.
