Abstract:
The topic of this study is The Influence of Internal Corporate Social
Responsibility towards Employee Engagement (A Case Study of KPMG-SWR
Jakarta). As one of the biggest consulting company, KPMG has high employee
turnover, which lower productivity that lead to decrease its revenue. The
objective of this study is to investigate the impact of internal corporate social
responsibility on employee engagement. It is very crucial to examine the
relationship between training, health and safety, work-life balance, and workplace
diversity as the independent variables on employee engagement as the dependent
variable. This research is a quantitative research which using Multiple Linear
Regression and test hypothesis using t – statistics for testing with partial level 5%,
and also test the classical assumption which include normality test,
multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test, where the
result shows that three out of four variables which are Health and Safety, Worklife
Balance, and Workplace Diversity have significant value towards Employee
Engagement. Predictive ability of three variables to employee engagement in this
study is 69.1% while the remaining 30.9% is affected by other factors, which
exclude in this research model.
