Abstract:
The business world is constantly evolving, as well as the system used by a company. Along with the development of the system used, it also develops the Multi Level Marketing system in Indonesia. To run this system requires a lot of Sales Force. To get the Sales Force, a company will try to offer a Quality Product, Price, Promotion and Incentive interesting. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence Product Quality, Price, Promotion and Incentive to Motivation someone to be a Sales Force PT Limas Kaleborah Marifat Bekasi. The method that used is the survey, Data’s collection techniques used in this research is a field research. The sampling technique based judgment sampling method, the criteria that can be sampled respondents are respondents who have become Sales Force PT Limas Kaleborah Marifat Bekasi. The research, showed that there is a strong influence of the quality of products, prices, promotions, and incentives to motivate a person to become a sales force. variables of product quality, pricing, promotions, and incentives a major part of the sales force. The research also has been done it would seem that most influence person's decision to become a sales force in order are: incentives, price, product quality and promotion.
