Abstract:
This study aims to see how far the influence of work motivation (X1), work discipline (X2), training (X3), on employee productivity PT. Sum Hing Indonesia. The associative method is used to determine the effect between two or more variables using quantitative method with total sample of 98 people. Data analysis in this research use multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this research shows that: work motivation has significant effect on employee performance with significance level of 0.06 (<0.1), work discipline has significant effect on employee productivity with significance level of 0.04 (<0.1), training has no significant effect on employee performance Significance of 0.214 (> 0.1). Work motivation, work discipline, training, on employee productivity with significance level of 0.407 (<0.1) and adjusted R2 square 38,8%.
