Characteristics of the sample were employees of Generation Y which were born in the range of 1980-2000 and has a supervisor and a minimum of 3 months at the organization which is currently located in Greater Jakarta. Analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. While the F-test analysis results is sig. 0.000 showed that together these two variables (Organizational Commitment and PSS) significantly affects the WLB of Generation Y. This model has the ability to predict the WLB amounted to 87.8 percent. |
