Abstract:
The objective of this research is to investigate the influence job satisfaction
toward employee performance based on three factors of job satisfaction which are
job enrichment, quality of work life and job security. Based on this research, the
data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 94 respondents in PT.
Jababeka Tbk. Head Office, Cikarang, West Java. This research using census
sampling method as population is the sample. The data obtained have met the
reliability test, validity test, and classical assumption test (normality test,
multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity, and multiple regression analysis) to
produce regression equation. The results of hypothesis testing shows that job
enrichnment, quality of work life and job security are simultaneous significant
entirely toward employee performance. There are 3 independent variables has
partial significance toward employee performance which are job enrichment,
quality of work life and job security. These findings show that the related factors
should have given attention to retain employees in the organisation. Some
suggestions have been recommended for the organisation and for future research
to be more complete and comprehensive.
