Abstract:
In the very competitive environment, the on-going regionalization process in ASEAN and free flow of capital, labor and technology, firms will need to better manage their human resources to gain their competitive advantage. Low job satisfaction can lead to a low morale which will cause the employee to work less and concentrate more on the negative aspects of his job. the researcher make the question, the question is what are the dominant factors that affect job satisfaction in PT. Sinotrans CSC Indonesia? Formally, definition of job satisfaction as individuals’ positive or negative attitudes toward their jobs. The particular dimensions represent characteristics associated with job satisfaction. The dimensions are work itself, pay, promotions, supervision, work group, and work conditions. the researcher will use the questionnaires to understand of factors affecting job satisfaction in PT. SINOTRANS CSC INDONESIA. And use the Microsoft excel and SPSS 17.00 analysis of factors affecting job satisfaction. The data for this research was collected from relevant books, reports, and journals to investigate the current situation of company and a survey was delivered to test the factors affecting employees’ job satisfaction behavior. Factor analysis was using as tool to analyze data for this research. through the analysis mean, the research get the result is dominant factor affect job satisfaction is promotion in PT.
