Abstract:
This study is motivated by the growing phenomenon about the increasing number of competition between the trading company that are offering various or even the similar services to the costumers and the limmitations of people who know to doing proper job in this business sectors, the increasing in competition make the company willing to increasing their productivity whichway is to increase their employee productivity. Particularly this study analyze the effect of compensation toward employee productivity. The problem of this study is “whether compensation elements in PT. Fatsindo Jaya Lestari can influence the employee productivity in PT. Fatsindo Jaya Lestari”. This study is aimed to analyze the effect of compensation elements, that consist of brand financial compensation and non financial compensation towards the employee productivity in PT. Fatsindo Jaya Lestari. After literature review and hypothesis development, the data was collected by questionnaire method using simple random sampling technique to 30 respondents. The population for in this research is the employee in PT. Fatsindo Jaya Lestari. Data was analyzed by using quantitative analysis. Quantitative analysis consist of validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing by T test and F test, and determination coefficient (R2) analysis.
