Abstract:
This study aims to determine the effect of training methods, training materials, training trainers, trainees, training evaluation and training facilities, to employees performance in PT Multi Sarana Silicaindo Cikarang. The population in this study were all employees of PT Multi Sarana Silicaindo Cikarang totaling 120 people. Based on existing data, the minimum number of samples to be taken by formula Slovin many as 100. The data used are primary data and secondary data with data collection through questionnaires, interviews, observations and literature data. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression to determine the significance of each independent variable on the dependent variable. This analysis includes the Validity, Reliability Test, Multiple Regression Analysis, Classical Assumption Test, Hypothesis through F test and t test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R ²). The results showed that of the six variables tested, only three variables that have an influence on the performance of employees of PT Multi Sarana Silicaindo Cikarang ie training materials, the ability of participants and evaluation of training. To conduct further research to be more perfect, the authors suggest to compare between the employees in the company of other similar ones, so that the result was obtained that can be compared with the results of this study.
