Abstract:
At this time marketing public relations has a very important role in maintaining a positive image of the company and increase
the number of occupancy, especially in the field of hospitality. Brits hotel is one of the hotels that have marketing public
relations which located in Karawang west Java. The main focus of this research is to know the strategy of Marketing Public
Relations in Brits hotel in order to maintain positive image of company and increasing occupancy, by using marketing public
relations planning step by Cutlip and Center. In this research, public relations marketing, public relations marketing function,
public relations strategy, communication strategy, marketing strategy, and marketing public relations planning stages will be
used as a theory and literature view. This research uses qualitative methodology of case study with constructivist paradigm. The
results obtained by doing direct observation by observing the situation and developments that occur and interviews conducted
semi-structured. The results of this study indicate that marketing public relations at Brits Hotel to analyze by looking for facts
that exist in the real situation, make planning and evaluate to determine whether success or fail the strategy that conducted by
marketing public relations at Brits Hotel Karawang.
