Abstract:
Now, the importance of employees to the company had been discovered, there is
a report about the ratio of tangible assets and intangible assets for last 20 years, it
shows an interesting result, according to the survey (the data come from Baruch
Lev’s analysis to 500 Listed Company in America), the tangible assets of the
enterprise accounted for an average of 68% of the company’s total assets at the
year of 1982, but at the year of 2000, the ratio had dropped into 15%. At here, the
enterprise tangible assets include the factory, equipment, cash in hand, account
receivable. And the intangible assets include patents, brand, reputation,
technology and so on. The intangible assets field, human is leading role of the
development of intangible assets. For example, the patent and the technology is
applied and invented by human; the brand need to be advertised by human; the
reputation of the enterprise need the approve of customer which is based on
customers, production quality and so on, and these works are done by human, by
employees Now, many Chinese companies start their business in Indonesia, many
of their employees is still come from China, the situation of working overseas
make the motivation of their employees at Indonesia is low even though the
salaries and allowance for work at here is high. So in this research, the researcher
will find out what the managers roles in the work can contribute to the employees
motivation related to the leadership studies and hope this research can provide a
references to the managers of Chinese companies at here to increase their
employees’ motivation.
