| dc.description.abstract | The rapid development of internet has been affecting many things in Indonesian people’s life facets. One of the best benefits that internet has given is having a real quick access for Online Journalism. Using Online Journalism through various media(s), such as Smartphone(s) launcher, websites, etc has been a “modern hobby” in digitalization era nowadays. In no time, there are various Online Journalism startups emerge in the industry recently in order to challenge the mediocre and market leaders. The main aim of this research is for finding the overall impact of Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) and each of its variables; Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence and Facilitating Conditions on behavioral intention in reading Online Journalism for College Students. The population is coming from Batch 2012 (second year study) of President University students in Cikarang, West Java – Indonesia. This research is made by using Multiple Regression Analysis of Quantitative Method. Researcher wishes that hopefully this research is able to be useful guidance for any positions of Online Journalism players in Indonesia to survive in a tight competition and providing a better news reading experience through Online Journalism in the future. | en_US |
