where in family there are two income parents. Due to parents have to work, as a
result there is not adequate of time to parent care the child in whole day. So daycare
could be a solution for parent in order to give education, nurture, and healthcare
during they work.
Company Description
Sriwedari Daycare is a full service child care and child class that cares for
infants to toddlers from age four months to four years. It is located at Jalan Singa
Raya Block 19 Cikarang baru, Jababeka. Jababeka is one of industrial city – it has a
higher percentage of two income parents and the numbers of children are rising.
Industry Analysis
Sriwedari daycare will compete in under-umbrella of Education Department;
division early childhood education. The structure of daycare is fragmented due to
there are many kinds of early childhood education program such as kindergarten, and
playgroup. Also the current situation of daycare is less of participation than both of
two. The key success factors of daycare center are location access, safe and healthy
environment, curriculum.

Monday up to Friday.

Sriwedari Daycare funds the capital in the amount of 150,000,000 which is
collected by the owner and angel investor. It is used to rent a house for 3 years,
training fee, purchase equipment, and renovation fee.
