develops the destinations for 3 main pillars: Properties, Food & Culinary and Art
& Design. ROTA is a Knowledge Space. The Space is functioned as an education
area outside campus. ROTA is not merely a place to live or study; it is a cycle to
provide a breadth of needs - students, startups, and investors – an environment
that pushes their advancements and innovative minds to infinite possibilities.

information center, a multifunctional hall, an open amphitheater for art and
cultural performance, a university hotel and commerce areas. The complex has
facility like health center and musholla. The four pillars that constructed the
philosophy behind ROTA are: Ecology: developing an area based on green
environment concept. Education: preceding the master plan development,
Jatinangor Knowledge Space will be first built, consisted of a public library,
Information Center, and Multifunctional Hall for workshops, seminars, and
conferences. Culture: enhancing the presence of local cultural assets, an open
