Abstract:
Three Little Angels is a preschool which routinely carries out marketing communication activities, one of which is the open house. To find out the process of these activities, through the concept of marketing communication and qualitative methods by observation and in-depth interviews, open house activities are carried out through several stages, namely research, design, planning, coordinating and evaluation. The result, the open house process carried out by "Three Little Angels" with five stages, namely research, including determining student targets and determining the place and time of organizing the event, in the design of determining Open House concepts, in planning to formulate concepts that have been previously determined in the design phase and has begun to complete the resource requirements needed in the event, in coordinating the process of entering the flow of the event process is to deliver information about the Open House and implement all preparations that have started before, and finally the evaluation stage which will be carried out after the event.
