Abstract:
In recent years, corporate culture has played an increasingly important role in
corporate development. When the company develops a good corporate culture, it
takes into account several factors for the company to develop better. This study
aims to find out the dominant factors of cor porate culture development in China’s
communications industry. It mainly includes the factors such as employee
comm itment, work motivation, employee loyalty, employee satisfaction, financial
performance, and innovation output. The data collected by the researcher by
distributed online questionnaire to the staffs of CMCC, CUCC and CTC in
Telecommunication industry. Data was analyzed the factor analysis using SPSS
Software. The research results show that employee commitment, work motivation,
employee loyalty, employee satisfaction, financial performance and innovation
output under employee satisfaction are the main factors that affect corporate
culture. This result will have a certain reference role for the formulation of a new
corporate culture in China's communications industry.
