dc.description.abstract This research analyses “the influence of salary, work environment and promotion toward job satisfaction (a case study of PT. Huawei Indonesia in Jakarta)”. A survey was conducted 128 respondents with the filtering question. There are three independent variables which are salary, work environment and promotion. Data analysis technique used multiple linear regressions with least squares equation and test hypothesis using T-statistic for testing the partial regression coefficients and F-statistic to test the effect together with a significance level of 5%. It also tested the classical assumptions that included tests of normality, multicollinearity test, and test of heterocedasticity. This shows the available data has been qualified using multiple linear regression equation models. The result indicates that promotion (X3) has no significant influence toward job satisfaction. The variables salary (X1) and work environment (X2) have significant positive influence to the job satisfaction. en_US
