dc.description.abstract This study was about the factors influence building consumer trust in UberCab. It is important to find out the factors that influence consumer trust toward E-commerce. In this skripsi, the researcher used questionnaires with Likert scales and 150 samples as quantitative method and SPSS v16.0 to analyze the collected data. The research set up 3 independent variables that might influence consumer trust toward UberCab. From the outcome of research, the researcher found out among the three variables that are Service quality, Security & Privacy, Brand Reputation. Service quality and Security & Privacy are the main factors that influence consumer trust toward UberCab. Brand reputation has no significant influence on consumer trust toward UberCab. Service quality is the dominant facor that has the deepest impact toward UberCab en_US
