dc.description.abstract This study aims to evaluate the dominant factors and analysis of factor related to employee engagement. This study uses purposive sampling method where data collected from the employees in PT NST. This study adopts quantitative research using survey questionnaire method and the result is processed using the factor analysis method and for data analyzing will be using SPSS 23.0. This study provides a theory framework using the AON Hewitt’s model to analyze employee engagement in a real estate industry. The findings of dominant factors show the factor that make the employee engage with the PT NST is variable ‘quality of life’ in facilities and the factor that make the employees disengage with the PT NST is variable ‘work’ in lack of freedom to speak. en_US
