dc.description.abstract This research was carried out to analyze factors influencing employee resignation in PT CSCEC SAJR.JO. The study used quantitative research method and collects and analyzed data based on questionnaire. The respondents of questionnaire were distributed in PT CSCEC SAJR.JO. The number of respondents are 200 people which are PT CSCEC SAJR.JO employees gathered by probability sampling techniques for sampling design. Based on the output of SPSS 16.0 multiple regressions analysis, the study finds work stress and organizational and structure stress have significant influence on employee resignation in PT CSCEC SAJR.JO, work-family relation stress and interpersonal stress have no significant influence on employee resignation in PT CSCEC SAJR.JO. en_US
