Abstract:
Purpose
This research has a purpose to use organizational behavior as a positive paradigms
to welcome employee well-being as a focal design in the process where internal
service quality affects employee satisfaction, commitment and well-being.
Design/Methodology/Approach
The survey is using a contexture questionnaire applied to test all of the hypotheses
with 300 employees in industrial companies. This paper gained some data by
spreading questionnaires in two industrial company in Jababeka area, it is focused
on a few key constructs, which may restrict the generalizability of its findings.
Findings
No significant differences were found among employee in the two industrial
companies. Practical implications should be done by encouraging managers in
industrial companies to focus on improving internal service quality in their
organizations because both these companies have significant result in direct and
indirect effects on employee satisfaction, commitment, and well-being.
