Abstract:
According to Michael Hughes, a good plan shooting schedule will
ensure an efficient and cost-effective shooting day and shooting
schedule makes it easier to track people and equipment, this further
concludes that nothing is unaccounted for and so that you do not
have people and pieces of equipment showing up that are
unnecessary. These days, everyone can easily make a film with any
equipment and even with a little budget. The process of making a film
does not only have a story and with good shooting techniques, but it
should have a neat schedule and effective budget to do so. According
to Bastian’s statement, it is more cost efficient as well as it saves
times for using one location for the shoot. This study discusses how
the shooting schedule to ensure an efficient and cost-effective
shooting day within one location on our film project “STUPOR”. Its
function and purpose is to show with any budget that we have and
with one location, we can still make films with a good and neat
shooting schedule. The writer applies the theory about optimizing
the shooting schedule to reduce production cost. With using one
location it does affect to the production cost in “stupor” film.
