Track-Two Diplomacy. These three theories are used to analyze the
potential for tourism activities in culture-based tourism in The Netherlands.
Local culture in Indonesia, in general, has unique potential and centers of
art products that can be developed to enhance tourism with local Indonesian
cultural elements. This cultural element is an important reason for the
passage of cultural diplomacy. The use of cultural diplomacy through
tourism promotion conducted by the Indonesian government can be used as
a medium to continue to develop other Indonesian cultures in The
Netherlands.
