Abstract:
Purpose -- The purpose of this research is to find the influence of payment,
promotion, supervisor, co-workers, and working environment on Aryaduta
Bandung Hotel
Design/methodology/approach -- This research used multiple linear regression
to examine the influence of independent towards dependent variable. The
population are employee at Aryaduta Bandung Hotel which already working more
than two years. The sample size is 105 chosen by purposive sampling
Findings -- The results show that payment, promotion, supervision and co-worker
variables does not have a significant influence on the job satisfaction variable
while working environment have a significant influence on the job satisfaction.
Research Limitations -- This research was only covers five factors from the
MSQ, JDI, JDS and JSS. For further research, hopefully the next researcher can
covers more than five factor that can affect job satisfaction
