dc.description.abstract Social media is essential for marketing and building consumer relationships. The majority of businesses nowadays are beginning to incorporate and embrace social media as their primary marketing tool, due to its reliability and consistency. Companies may now reach out to targeted consumers efficiently, and instantaneously all because of the advancement of social media marketing. However, with such exposure, there are also consequences of data breach, manipulation, and also scam and loss of all assets. This is where Government stepped in, with their regulations to protect customers data privacy, data protection, and children online privacy protection. en_US
