Abstract:
With the constant improvement of the institutional framework of the market economy, small and medium enterprises are playing the important role in china. SMEs sustainable development is very important for china economy development. This research observed the factors influence of SMEs sustainable development in Beijing. In this research, there are four independent variables financial aspect, government support, technological innovation, human resource management, and the dependent variable is SMEs sustainable development. In this study, there were 5 examinations from those independent and dependent variables. The samples of this study were 90 managers from Beijing Zhongguancun Small and Medium Enterprises. This research used multiple regression analysis to find out the influence of each independent variable toward dependent variables. The result of this research showed that financial aspect, government support and human resource management have significant influence for SMEs sustainable development in Beijing, but technological innovation hasn’t significant influence for SMEs sustainable development in Beijing.
