dc.description.abstract Purpose: The objective of this study is to find out the influence of tourists motivation factors toward satisfaction and revisit intention to North Sumatra tourism especially for Indonesian millennial tourists. Design/ methodology/ approach: This study is a quantitative research using primary data gathered by online questionnaire. This study uses a non-probability sampling technique with 357 sample from a population which is Indonesian millennial tourists. This study is done by validity and reliability test, descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using SEM. Findings: The result shows push factors have an effect on satisfaction, pull factors have an effect on satisfaction and satisfaction has an effect on revisit intention. Originality/ value: Researcher believes that this is the first study about the motivation factors of Indonesian millennial tourists to North Sumatra tourism, which applies SEM. en_US
