| dc.description.abstract | Purpose The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of website quality (website design, service quality, and information quality) on emotion towards purchase intention of individuals who purchase products from the website, living in Greater Jakarta, Indonesia. Design /methodology/approach Quantitative research design was applied and survey was chosen as the primary source in collecting data. A total of 400 were chosen by the judgmental sampling. Structural equation model was chosen to measure the relationship among variables after the data gathered were validated through construct validity and reliability. Findings This result shows that customer emotion is affected by website design and service quality. However, it is found that information quality has no significant influence on emotion. From the output, it shows that customer emotion gives significant influence towards purchase intention. Originality/value There are similar researches that discuss website design and its influence on emotion towards purchase intention. However, the author believes that this is the first research that discusses website quality with dimension of website design, service, quality and information quality that influencing emotion towards purchase intention. | en_US |
