Abstract:
Delicius Pork is a brand engaged in the culinary specialization located in
Bekasi. All products sold use fresh pork as the main ingredient. The main menu
that Delicius Pork has is Pork Ribs BBQ. Besides that, other menus have many
distinctive flavors of Indonesian cuisines, such as Babi Sambal Matah, Babi Rica-Rica, and others. We hope that buyers can release their longing for their
hometown through the food we make. For now, Delicius Pork sells its products
online via GrabFood and Shopee Food. We also provide a self-pickup service for buyers who want to come to pick up themselves. This business report aims to evaluate and design the author's business with a business strategy for branding. Here, the author uses two variables: marketing strategy and product quality. In this business report, the author will explained the Delicius Pork brand, explore the problems faced by Delicius Pork, and find business solutions to these problems. The author uses Marketing Mix, SWOT Analysis, and Fiver Porter's Analysis to analyze the state of this business internally and externally. The author will focus on branding by doing promotions by consistently advertising the Delicius Pork brand on social media and using the services of influencers (endorsement) in the future.
