Abstract:
The changing business environment causes food and beverage business to grow and evolve, yet it is facing an unprecedented set of challenges. The human population is predicted to incrase massively in the future, while food security need to be secured for the upcoming years. Therefore, sustainable and well managed food system is required. The purpose of this paper is to explain what to consider in building sustainable business from the internal aspects, also explain the external aspects supporting the sustainability of food and beverage business. This paper suggest that food and beverage business owner should pay attention to health aspect in order to fulfill customer need as a human, also emphasize agriculture sector as a main driver of food system sustainability.
