Abstract:
With the rapid development of China's market economy, fierce market competition has led to the phenomenon of blindly pursuing economic benefits and disregarding corporate social responsibility, especially the frequent occurrence of food safety incidents, which has seriously shaken the consumer confidence of our consumers. It has also greatly reduced the competitive position of Chinese enterprises in the international market. Under such circumstances, strengthening the research on the relationship between business ethics and enterprise value, and promoting the importance of business ethics construction by enterprises have become important theoretical and practical topics.
In this research, the researcher will use a combination (mix) of qualitative and quantitative research methods to explain the relationship between business ethics and business value. The data and data of this article were collected by means of literature collection and questionnaire survey. Finally, the case analysis Sanlu milk powder incident was taken as an example to demonstrate the central idea of this article.
The result are, 1) Business ethics is not only an input of morality and responsibility, but also has a high value output. More importantly, ethical value is not only the basis of corporate social value, but also an important component of corporate economic value. If an enterprise ignores the construction of an ethical value system, not only its comprehensive value will be greatly reduced, but its economic value will not be guaranteed. 2) Enterprises must not only pay attention to the growth of economic value, but also to the creation of social values. Only by really attaching importance to ethical construction is the foundation of the survival and development of enterprises, and can they make great progress in the fierce market competition.
